The Olivia-White Initiative is a non-profit organization that evolved from a heartfelt conversation between two devoted teachers who recognized the need for improved communication efforts between educators, parents, and students with suspected disabilities and challenging behaviors.

With a compassionate focus, the initiative strives to support teachers, caregivers, and childcare providers by offering comprehensive behavioral management and communication trainings and workshops.

The Olivia-White Initiative provides professional development and community-based trainings that are designed to encourage healthy prosocial interactions and improve outcomes for children with challenging behaviors; whether they have a diagnosed or undiagnosed condition.

Through this initiative, we aim to help families and communities cultivate more supportive environments for all children.
